Requesting a Quote
When you call or text Hilliard Custom Fencing, the company owner Brandon Hilliard will set up a time to come to your property to measure the fence line. It will take up to a week for us to send you an estimate for the type of fence you have selected that includes the cost of materials, labor, and tear down if you have any fence to remove. Once you receive the estimate, it will be valid for one week due to the rapidly shifting cost of materials. If you agree to the estimate, 50% of the amount is required up front so we can order materials and the rest will be due upon completion. You will then need to call 811 to have the underground utility lines marked to ensure the fence will not interfere with your services. You are not required to be home for the work to be started but we will want to set the corners of the fence with the property owner either on the first visit or the day work starts to ensure they are guaranteed to have their fenced placed properly. All of our fences are built piece by piece to provide a better quality and will usually take 3-5 days to complete

Brandon Hilliard has been fencing since 2015 and progressed to opening Hilliard Custom Fencing in 2019. He has pride in his craftmanship and proves it with a one year warranty that covers all defects with the build or materials. He does not cover acts of Mother Nature or if your neighbor drives through it, though he would be happy to repair it on your neighbors tab. Along with the warranty, we will also refund $100 if you refer a friend and they order a fence.

Types of Fences
(8) Cap and Trim - The cap and trim fence is a sturdier than a standard and adds a distinctive look to your property. It can be made in 4', 5', and 6'.
(4) Gothic Semi-Privacy - Adding this fence around your garden or yard will add a little flair to your property. It can be made in 4' only.
(2) Semi-Privacy - A semi-privacy is a little more affordable than a privacy fence and provides space to still have a view outside of your yard but still ensures that your kids and pets will stay in the yard too. It can be made in 4', 5', and 6'.
(6) Shadow Box - If you want the utmost privacy without restricting the wind from blowing through, this is a great option. People who live near the beach tend to prefer this style. It can be made in 4', 5', and 6'.
(3) Standard Privacy - This is the most common fence and provides privacy for your family. It can be made in 4', 5', 6', and 8'.
(10) Boxed Frame Goat Wire - This notable and sturdy fence keeps the view open and adds a unique touch to your yard. It can be made in 4' only.
(7) Horizontal - The horizontal fence pairs well with horizontal siding and will be lend a distinctive touch to your property. It can be made in 4', 5', and 6'.
(5) Arched - An arched fence is a standard fence with a flair. It can be made in 4'-5.5'.
(1) Ranch Style Wire - This fence combines the classic look of a farm-style three rail with wire to make sure your family stays in the yard. It can be made in 4' and 5'.
(12) White Vinyl - Vinyl will provide great privacy and many HOAs require it because of it's clean look. It is more expensive than most wood fences. It can be made in 6' and special ordered in 5'.
(11) Black Aluminum - This fence is great if you want to be able to maintain the most visibility but still keep your pets in the yard. It can be made in 4' or 5'.
(9) Box Framed Lattice - This is another Hilliard custom that customers like for their gardens or play area that stands out from the other fences. It can be made in 4'.
We have highlighted some of the most common and unique fences that Hilliard Custom Fencing has had the pleasure to build for their customers. You are welcome to request any of these styles or get in contact with us to discuss your own custom idea. We work with wood, vinyl, and aluminum but we do not install chain-link. Hilliard Custom Fencing is prepared to meet all HOA regulations.
